Blank proxy cards give YOUR vote away to the board incumbents. Make sure you're giving your proxy to someone you trust who will be able to vote in person.
You can also assign your proxy to a GVL Reform Coalition volunteer.
GIVE YOUR PROXY TO SOMEONE YOU TRUST
If you can't or do not wish to use your vote, you don't have to! Just don't return it — unreturned proxies are not counted and, therefore, do not become a vote for the same old board members being rotated in. Let’s have a new, transparent board!

If you are not attending the meeting in person, make sure your proxy card is filled out and mailed in with the name of someone you trust who will attend the May 14th Shareholder’s meeting to vote in person.
If you don't know anyone who's going to the in-person meeting, you can use the name of one of our volunteers or candidates listed. Or throw it away!
